Graduated in developmental neuropsychology (specialising in public health), advanced training in breastfeeding, neurorehabilitation and neurodevelopment. Filipa Pais Gonçalves is the coordinator of the NGO AIDA’s Health Programme has been working in Guinea-Bissau for 12 years.

Amil M. Shah (University of Texas)
Amil M. Shah, MD MPH is a Professor of Internal Medicine at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX, where is a faculty member in the Division of Cardiology. He serves as the Director of Population Sciences for the Department of Internal Medicine and holds the Dallas Heart Ball Chair in Cardiac Research and the Hoffman Family Center in Genetics and Epidemiology endowment.
