Graduated in developmental neuropsychology (specialising in public health), advanced training in breastfeeding, neurorehabilitation and neurodevelopment.
Filipa Pais Gonçalves is the coordinator of the NGO AIDA's Health Programme has been working in Guinea-Bissau for 12 years. She manages the programme to improve access to health care for the most vulnerable groups at the Simão Mendes National Hospital and Health Centres in the Autonomous Sector of Bissau. She manages the health evacuation programme and is the director of the Centre for Rehabilitation and Child Development.
